OFFICE HOURS:
- MON– THURS: 8am – 8pm
- FRI: 8am – 4pm
- SAT: 8am – 11:30am

We are pleased to announce that Plumsteadville Family Practice is joining Penn Medicine!
On July 1, 2026, our name will change to Penn Primary Care Plumsteadville.

This is a new program and we are launching it in stages. Initially, established patients can schedule physical exams, follow up visits and sick visits with our PAs, NP, and Dr. Selvanayagam. Note that not all appointment times are available so if you can’t find a time that fits your schedule, please call the office.
